The 1st season of ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ came to an end revealing that Sauron had been hiding all this time among the attraction’s heroes, as Halbrand (Charlie Vickers) assumes his villainy in the final moments of the plot.

Because of this, the next episodes promise to be even denser and darker, as guaranteed by the producer. Lindsey Weber (‘Star Trek: Without Borders’).

In an interview for the Deadlinethe filmmaker said that the presence of Sauron forces the narrative to gain a more frightening tone, but also more courageous and intense.

Remembering that the 2nd season has already started to be filmed and, in an interview with Varietythe chief executive of Amazon Studios, Jennifer Salkerevealed that the streaming platform intends to release the next episodes as soon as possible.
