Euphoria Season 2: Euphoria’s first term ends on a surreal, devastating cliffhanger. And a heartbroken Rue Bennett (Zendaya) deteriorates after months of abstinence and immediately afterwards. Also, a dreamlike display shows her falling into a crowd of faceless danseur. It was forever safe to assume the HBO drama wouldn’t truly cut Rue’s story short. (or let go of an Emmy-winning star) Still, it’s guaranteed — Rue is alive, Zendaya is back. And notably, the rest of Euphoria’s cast isn’t going anyplace.

Zendaya and Hunter Schafer will replace for two “bridge” episodes.

The first of Euphoria’s two extraordinary episodes, “Trouble Won’t Last Always,” will focus on Rue. And as she grapples with the events of the season 1 denouement. HBO authenticated that Jules (Schafer) will also seem. However, it’s still unclear if we’ll have to expect until season 2 to see the rest of the characters.

 Euphoria Season 2

The entire season 1 character will be back for season 2.

Despite his open-ended closing scene in season 1, lovable drug dealer Fezco (Angus Cloud) will renew for season 2. Sydney Sweeney also verified that she would be reprising her performance as Cassie Howard. And they teased a massive storyline. “Cassie unquestionably goes through the wringer again,” she told the sources. Other recurring parts will include:

  • Maddy Perez (Alexa Demie), 
  • Gia Bennett (Storm Reid), 
  • Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi),
  •  and Lexi Howard (Maude Apatow).

There will be some new roles.

According to a January column from counting news site Project Casting. And, at least four new articulating characters will meet Euphoria’s company. Only one fresh actor formally announced, though. And, The High Note and The Photograph star Kelvin Harrison, Jr.

We know practically zero about his character as of yet. Also, but he’s unquestionably given fans some moderately high expectations. 

“I’ve never seen a personality like this, period,” Harrison told Complex’s Watch Less podcast. “I can essentially argue that it has not yet done. It’s exciting, it is definitely a part of the time.”
