In an interview with Empire, Michael Waldronscreenwriter of ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness‘, commented on the possible return of the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) no MCU.

“Will she be away from the screens… for now? Forever? We’ll see. I would like to see you again.”

Previously, the actress Elizabeth Olsen had revealed to be interested in starring in a solo film of her character:

“I genuinely don’t know what will happen [com a Feiticeira Escarlate] from now on. I feel like the fans have an idea, even if nothing has been announced. I’d like to see her in the Witches Road plane, with the older character as she uses her powers. There’s something about the concept of this woman who is aging by her power that interests me. I don’t know what that means, but I would love to play an older version.”

It is worth remembering that there are several rumors indicating that a possible Scarlet Witch solo movie is in development at Marvel.

At the moment, ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness‘ already raised $955.2 million worldwide, which represents the third highest grossing of the year – behind only ‘Top Gun: Maverick‘ (US$1.4B) e ‘Jurassic World: Dominion‘ (US$990.6M).
