She sided with Megan Fox amid the split of the actress with Brian. Vanessa Marcil revealed that she is siding with his newly-estranged wife, Megan Fox, following her split. She has previously worked with Brian in Beverly Hills, 90210, and she went into great detail about the complete devastation she and their son has been through in the ongoing 13-year court battle.
Vanessa posted a question and answer series with her fans on her Instagram handle stories. The 51-year-old actress said that she has respect for the 34-year-old actress, Megan Fox for moving on with Machine Gun Kelly and living her life for herself. She added that Megan moving on and living her life for herself is a kind of a treat and a gift to her children.

Megan Fox got legally separated from the 47-year-old Brian, after nearly a decade of marriage for the second time in May. Previously, Brian was engaged to Vanessa, but they got separated in the year 2003, after dating for just a few years. In the year 2006, the former co-stars of 90210, started off their bitter court battle for the full custody of their son Kassius. Their son is now 18 years old.
Brian eventually sued Vanessa in the year 2012 over $200k, which he allegedly lent her, but when the case was thrown out in the year 2013, she claimed that he cut his son out of his life for the next five years.

Vanessa touched upon her court battle with Brian, when a fan asked her why she often speaks so badly about Brian, to which she said that she actually speak very kindly about Kassius’ father. She added that she just speak the truth now at her son’s request in order to help her son heal and not shoulder these secrets anymore. If the action of Kassius’ reflect badly on him, that is Brian’s doing, and Not her.
